Coastal Networks incorporating Butterfly Kids, is a new disability service provider located in the Noosa Shire. We are new, dynamic, flexible and person centred. We pride ourselves on delivering services that are flexible and individualised to your child's needs, and the needs of your family.
Coastal Networks ensures that all services delivered are inclusive, and value your family's involvement in the local community. We develop our services into a "Lifestyle Plan" for your child and your family. We welcome and encourage involvement by our clients and their families into the direct development, implementation and evaluation of services. Ensuring all the time that our expert team is there to offer assistance, guidance and support when needed.
Our Services include the following:
- Respite, take-a-break, programs including a 24 hour crisis respite service
- Attendant care/personal care services
- In-home accommodation support service
- Learning and life skills development program
- Recreation and holiday programs
- Advocacy program
- Information and referral support
- Sunshine Coast supported holidays and consultancy services
- Community inclusion programs
As a parent/carer of a child with a disability, you may be unsure what exact service you require, or you might require something different than what is mentioned above. We are flexible, we assist you to determine your needs, and from there we develop a service.
Coastal Networks has a wonderfully qualified, screened and experienced staff base of Lifestyle Support Workers. You can choose one of our staff members, or you may be interested in our "Preferred Carer Program". This program allows our organisation to employ trusted people that have a caring role in your child's life; the nominated person must meet a small number of conditions before this can occur.
